Hi, I’m Georgi – a passionate, player-focused netball coach and the proud founder of Scarletts Netball Club. With over a decade of hands-on coaching and club management experience, I bring energy, expertise, and heart to everything I do on and off the court.
I hold a Level 2 England Netball coaching qualification and have spent the last twelve years building Scarletts into the inclusive, community-driven club it is today. My coaching philosophy centres around developing confident, skilled players who not only grow in ability but also in love for the game. For me, success isn’t just about performance—it’s about the journey, the joy, and the lifelong friendships formed through sport.
In the past year, I’ve expanded Scarletts to include a thriving junior section for children aged 6 to 18 across Worcestershire. This exciting growth has allowed me to introduce structured coaching pathways, giving young players clear opportunities to develop, progress, and shine—no matter their starting point.
